stop programs from loading in guest accounts

Hi,

Hope you all had a good New Year. My problem is with
different user accounts. I have set up a PC Booster an my
user account (Admin) but it comes up on all the kids
users accounts (ie. guest accounts), it does not actually
run but it comes up with the start up page of the
application when they start up there user account and is
difficult to turn off.
My question is basically is there any way of stopping
this program from loading up in their account at all? I
have checked and there is no program listed in there
STARTUP page.

Any help would be gratefully accepted.
