I recently updated to Windows XP and had no problems
until I loaded my new Norton System Works 2003
(AntiVirus, Utilities, CleanSweep, & Roxio's GoBack) and
Norton's Firewall.

Shortly thereafter my computer crashed. I uninstalled
GoBack. Things got better, however, since then I have
had two "Serious Errors" and my computer restarted
itself. I got the message it that it was due to device
drivers and antivirus software was probably the culprit.

Questions: 1. Is third party anti virus & firewall
necessary with WindowsXP?

2. Have others of you had problems with Norton products
similar to what I mentioned above?
