Forgot XP Administrator Password

A friend of mine bought a Dell computer and is not sure
what he made the Administrator Password for his XP Home
computer. I tried MMC but with Home it does not work. I
am ready to use a hack to find it but was wondering if
there is an easier way to reset the Admin Password in XP
Home?
