www.grisoft.com is a free antivirus that either you or your parents should
really consider installing. The web based scanner is good if your parents
may be upset if you install your own programs, but won't prevent you from
being reinfected.

You aren't to blame for getting a virus. If your computer isn't running an
antivirus program, it's going to get a virus sooner or later.

You should probably also consider a firewall, even a free one. These aren't
really optional anymore. Free ones include:
