You should look into FAST (the file and settings
transfer wizard). This will not do passwords but
will do much of what you have listed. You can
find it as fastwiz on the CD in the support folder.
You do need to take some pains to throttle down
what file types etc or else it errs on the side of
caution and packages up very, very much for
transfer.
