Hi.
We have a problem with a Win XP prof computer together with our Win 2000
Server (with AD installed and working for other clients).

The WinXP Pro machine seems to be correct connected to the domain
controller. I've checked in many different ways. One way is to run the
command "runas /user:domainname/accountname programname" from a DOS-prompt
and it works fine.

But now to problem. When choosing the security tab for setting permissions
to a folder, share or something else, it is not possible to either browse or
to find an account on the domain controller.
I receive the message "The following error caused that no objects could be
shown: Undefinied error".

The only thing which works is if I choose to show "BuiltIN security objects"
for the local computer, in that case I can see and choose from a list of the
BuiltIN accounts, but still no user accounts etiher from the local machine
or from the domain.

Any idea?

Yours sincererly
Martin Rådbo
