Lost Administrator Password

How do you get into the repair consel when you boot from
the cd when the administrator acount had been corrupted
by a virus and you want to format and reinstall clean. I
want to know if a windows 98 boot disk with the fdisk
comand is a way around the situation. Thanks Andrew
