Umm, after that piece of information you sent about regedit, I've decided
the fix I sent you earlier will not work. Because of this I've created
another fix which will bypass the restriction. I have attached a compressed
folder with 3 files. You must run them one by one until it notifies you that
it has ENABLED. These fixes will fix "regedit" and "task manager"
restrictions.
