Hi,

Based on my experience, there is a Knowledge Base article which addresses
the similar issue. For your convenience, I have included the link as below:

318011 Error Message: Windows Cannot Load Your Profile Because It May Be
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=318011

NOTE: If you do not have any other administrative user account, please
start your computer in Safe Mode and log on using the account
"Administrator". The password for this account was set when you installed
Windows XP on your computer. If you are using Windows XP Home Edition, try
the blank password for this account.

To boot into Safe Mode, please refer to the following steps:
========
1. Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On
a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems,
you can press the F8 key when you see the Boot Menu.
2. When the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, select an option, and
then press ENTER.
3. When the Boot menu appears again, and the words "Safe Mode" appear in
blue at the bottom, select the installation that you want to start, and
then press ENTER.

If you have any concerns, please feel free to post back.

Merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Regards,

Kyle Cui
