My brother and myself both have the same problems on 2 different computers
in 2 different locations. I wonder if this is built into windows XP because
the csrss.exe is a native file. As a matter of fact my brother formatted his
computer and not 10 minutes after the format he got a pop up. He had just
installed drivers for video and sound. No software was installed yet.
