Roger, sorry that I forgot to mention this in the message that I just
posted. I am now looking at a software program called XP App Wizard
(www.swinformatics.com/products/xpappwiz/). According to their information,
the program will allow you to selectively enable or disable start menus and
startup applications user by user in a simple way. Have you seen this
program? Would appreciate your comments. Thanks, Sam.
