It's got to be a registry problem. The game is Battlefield 1942 by
Electronic Arts. Would it be possible to send you a log of the registry
output? It's not very lengthy. I have no idea what the jargon means. Do you
think it's a registry type problem or the administrator issue? I saw your
utility for adding the admin to startup but couldnt get it to work. Thanks
for your continued help.

Brad,

If the program is successful in creating the files it needs, I would run
RegMon again, and watch for registry Writes, specifically, that fail.
Without knowing the program in question, its hard to be more specific.
