While logged on to his profile, click start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
In the right pane, look for or create a value called NoWinKeys. This should be a REG Binary value. Its contents should read
01 00 00 00 = Win+hotkeys Disabled
00 00 00 00 = Win+hotkeys Enabled
You may be able to use a Dword value, but this doesn't always work. A value of 1 disables the Win+hotkeys, 0 enables it.
You can also do this from your profile, without logging on to his. See www.dougknox.com, Win XP Tips, Advanced Registry Editing
