Hi
When i try to install a Zone Alarm update i get the
following message :-
You do not have access to make required system
configuration modifications please rerun this
installation from an administrative account.

I am a sole user of this machine and if i check my user
account it tells me it is an administrative account (it
is XP Pro)

Can anyone help please
