Attachments Removed and Files Needed

"OE removed access to unsafe attachments" removes ALL my
attachments that I know are ok (greeting cards, etc.) -
how do I start receiving them; just installed XP Home.

Get message: Files needed: The file 'hpzlnt05.d11'
on "unknown" is needed. Copy files from
D:\enu\drivers\win2K_xp What is this that doesn't
allow me to dial up?????
