I have the same problem. This just recently started
happening. I have all process disabled. I dont see what
else it could be other than a Microsoft issue. I have yet
to try minimizing my security settings. I will do that
next. However I too would like to know why I must lower my
security setting for a windows update to download and
install. Any help on this issue would be great.
