Is there no utility program that can unerase the files
that have been deleted? Is it not true that even if files
are deleted they can still be recovered by utility tools?
In fact some utility tool ads say that even if the hard
disk has been formated, there is still a chance that some
files can be recovered. If I'm sounding unreasonably
hopeful, it's because I am near desperation.

Thanks for any more advice on this issue.
