Thanks Doug.

I am using my W/S, not NTFS partition. The program is BDE
of Delphi and it is located in the common folder in
Program Files. The problem is that I don't know if the
user is saving to a .cfg file or the registry or why he
cannot save those info.
How can I adjust the permissions in the registry as well,.
as you said??

>Typically, a user or an application running under the
user's credentials can write to the HKCU portion of the
Registry. If you're running NTFS, you may need to give
the Users group write/modify permissions for the
application folder in question. If you find that a
program is trying to write to the Registry, and can't,
because of the user's account status, you can adjust the
permissions in the registry as well.
