Hi,

Let's take ownership of the folders which we are unable to access and then
try to access them again. To do so, please refer to the following Microsoft
Knowledge Base article:

308421 HOW TO: Take Ownership of a File or Folder in Windows XP

After that, we may access these folders. If you have any further concerns,
please feel free to post back.
