MMC Task View Problems(it works but it doesn't)

I have been creating some taskpad views so that I can give
some of our users a simple admin tool for reseting
creating, deleteing accounts. When I start the consol
session and click on the icon to take me to a particular
view the console returns the message "The specified action
could not be completed". However if I keep tryng it
eventualy works. Has anyone seen this.
