HELP!!!!!

I recently installed SP1 on my computer. It all went fine
and asked to reboot the machine. I rebooted and now the
computer keeps resetting itself just after the xp splash
screen pops up. I cant even go in to safe mode of do last
known good configuration.

Any ideas on how to solve the problem without doing a
system reinstall?
