Internet , content, settings, password lost

I can not remember password for my internet content,
settings. How can I get to reset the password for a new
one or how can I see the password so I can access or
change it?. I'm usind Windows XP.
                                   Thanks!!!
PS. I also trying to get rid of all unwanted popups when
on the internet browsing(lots of porno). I have young
children at home and they can not use the computer.
