You have only one account, which has a user profile (%userprofile%) and
an orphaned user profile from the old install.

Logon to Administrator and copy/paste the files from the orphaned
profile into your new profile folder. Make sure you copy the hidden
ntuser.dat over. These are your settings. You will likely have to
repoint Outlook Express to your old message store, which is hidden deep
in your profile (OE files have .dbx extensions).

If you have new settings in your new profile, then you will have to
choose whether you want your old settings or new settings, since there
is no way to merge the two ntuser.dat files.

If you have two email message stores, post back for more information on
how to import one set of files into your current message store.
