trouble with switchin user - computer locked??????

hi
i'm a window xp home edition user
today, i made a new account for my family member..
so when i logged off to log in with the new account
the logging in screen (the screen that comes up when you
first start the computer) was gone!!
and this little window showed up and it says..

"The computer is in use and has been locked. Only valued
user or an admistrator can unlock this computer"

i can log in with other accounst..
but when i try to log in.. it says

"by logging in with different account, it will
automatically log off any other accounts"

so basically i can only log in into 1 account at a time..
the logging in screen is gone...
it says my computer is in use and has been locked??
what should i do??
sony is not answerding the phone..
please help me...
