Hi Mal,

The C$ share can be used by administrator in work group. On the problem
computer, click Start->Run, type \\<The local computer name>\C$. Can you
access the C folder?

Tyler,

I have checked the C$ share and it exists, is it just because the share is
available to only programs and domain admins (this PC being only in a
workgroup, domain admins doesn't exist)?

Mal.
