Dear Richard,
After doing some research, I find some program files in the Programs Files
directory cannot be backed up in Normal Mode. These files may still be
locked by Windows.
I suggest you boot the computer to Safe Mode and back up these files.
To boot the computer to Safe Mode, you can perform the following steps:
a. Restart the computer.
b. Keep press F8 key until the Windows Startup menu appears.
c. Choose the Safe Mode, and press Enter.
Note: In the Safe Mode, your system display and Desktop will look and
perform differently than in Normal Mode. This is only temporary.
