Setting security for other users

I'm the administrator on my pc but I have another account
open so my friend can use XP also.

I want to know how to set security so that my friend
can't access certain folders on my partitioned hard
drive. Is there away I can set what he can and can't
access? He doesn't have administrative capabilities.
