"ALERT. Error trying to validate certificate from
www.___.com using OSCP - response contains a date which
is in future."
This strange ALERT message appears only while online, and
the dot-com name varies depending upon what I'm doing. Fill
in the blank in the www.____.com with any website, such as
PayPal.com or whatever. (I have noticed that it usually
pops up when I'm attempting to transact business online.)
I have no clue what OSCP is or what validating a
certificate refers to in this case, nor what the date
reference is about. I know that certificates are a security
measure and that there's been some security breach lately,
but I like to do business online and can't since this alert
has been popping up.
Thanks for any help. Happy holidays!
Donna
