I've never been crazy about ZoneAlarm myself. The XP ICF is considered
pretty effective, though it doesn't have some of the features of Zone Alarm
and some other personal firewalls, most notably the ability to block
untrusted new programs like trojans and worms from sending data to the
internet. Other free firewall software includes www.agnitum.com,
www.kerio.com, www.sygate.com, etc.
