Win XP virus

Don't know if this is the right forum for this problem but
need help. My PC has been infected with Subseven Server
and IRC Trojan viruses. I have been up on symantec website
but there is not a removal tool for these viruses that I
could find. I am running Win XP and could not get the
system restore to go back far enough before the infected
date. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
