Making folders & drives private (xp home)

Can drivers and/or folders be made private in XP home?
I've recently installed from 2000 PRO where I had some
drives private accessible only to admin. However, all
users can see all drives/folders with XP Home.

What's the best way to make drive and/or folder private and
limit access only to certain users?
