Synopsis: My system has a problem sharing the C: volume.

This is a WinXP Pro, SP1 system trying to share 4 volumes; 3 of them
share with no problem, but the C: volume will not share. I've checked
permissions for owners, creator, users. The output of "net share" shows
that the volume is shared. But, when I verify the share via Windows
Explorer by drilling down through Network Neighbourhood, I get an error
dialog box saying:

\\hostname\volume c is not accessible. You might not have permission
to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server
to find out if you have access permissions. Not enough server storage
is available to process this command.

The C: drive has a capacity of 13G with 1G free. The computer is
running 256M ram, with plenty free. The account used to browse the volume
is a password-protected owner account with full control.

I don't know what else to check. Does anyone have an idea why this volume
might not be sharing correctly? Could something in the registry have been
thrown off?

Thanks,
