I am using Windows XP Home / Compaq 6024
When I try to change my administrator (or any other)
password [Start/Control Panel/User Accounts]as soon as I
click on "User Accounts" (either regular or safe mode) I
get the following error message, "Microsoft (R) HTML
Application host has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" and Windows
shuts down.
Please help (I have tried to search the knowlege
base/newsgroup, but have not found help for this problem.)
