How do I get back a deleted default Admin Account?

I have somehow deleted the default admin account in Windows XP home edition,
my personal account has administrative rights, is it necessary for me to
have the account back? Would there be tasks that need to be performed that
only the admin account can do it, or is my personal admin right good enough?
