My son was installing a game demo when he was prompted
for the Administrator password. Rather than entering the
password, which he didn't know, he checked "Install as
user..." and "Always install software as user...". The
install failed because the game actually DID need
Administrator access to install.
But now, some flag has been set in the Registry that ALL
installations are performed under HIS user account, so
nothing can be installed.
Does anyone know the Registry key for this flag so I can
remove it? I'm well versed in Registry tweaks but just
can't find the applicable key. Thanks in advance!
