Hi Tim,

You may need to check the NTFS permissions. If you use Windows XP Home Edition and
NTFS file system, I suggest you follow the steps below.

1. Restart the computer to Safe Mode and log on to the Administrator account.
2. Right-click the folder and select Properties.
3. Click the Security tab and check if you have the permission to read the folder.
