Hi
I suggest you delete the DisableTaskMgr entry in the following registry key. Then,
restart the computer.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

| I have Windows Xp Professional installed on my computer.
