Hi Ran. Go to Administrative Tools>Local Security Policy>User Rights
Assignment>Change the system time.
Specify the users who are allowed to change the system time and/or who are
not allowed to.
Note that this won't work if you have a Win2k domain controller with group
policies set for this...
