Is the drive from the original computer still intact with Windows and
files?
That is what you need unless you backed up the encryption key or
Recovery agent.
Unfortunately, there is no other backdoor.
It is hindsight, but I suggest you read and understand this document
before using EFS:

Are you sure you encrypted the files?
If not, it may be an Ownership issue:
