Where can I find a recommended list of XP services that
can be shut down safely without affecting performance?

Will this free up memory?

I have previously read that some services in Windows NT
can be turned off and that some should be turned off to
prevent security vulnerabilities.

I am running Pentium 4 with 256 meg but slowing down when
I print huge picture files.
