I have tried the suggested logging into the Administrator
and leaving the P/w blank and still nothing. The message
I get is that I do not have rights to the account or
something like that. I purchased the computor new with
Windows XP already installed. I did not set a password
for the Administrator. Do I need to contact the
manufacturer directly to correct this?

Thank you.
