An idea that might help is that it is entirely possible for an admin
account to be denied access to a resource. However, the admin can always
"take ownership" of the resource and grant herself any permission
desired.
There is a folder somewhere that you need to take ownership of and fix
the permissions (and then perhaps give ownership back).
