Ann,

Go into your help and support option, type
in "slipmenu". Most likely you have a script posted in
your security folder, under system 32/ras file that dials
your internet when it is prompted by something you
typically do, certain port you visit or ? This can
execute the running of software that installs program(s)
that automate dialing. If you find this slipmenu in your
security area, you will probably have to run an antivirus
program then reinstall. I'm having the same problem.
I'm attempting to figure out how and why before ridding
my system. Let me know what you find out.
