Hi Robert,

This behavior can occur if the target, or actual location of the My Documents folder, points to a folder on a remote computer, and that location
is unavailable when you install Plus! for Windows XP.

For example, this behavior may occur when you modify the default location of My Documents to point to a network location, and you then
attempt to install Plus! for Windows XP when you are disconnected from the network.

WORKAROUND
==========

To work around this issue, use one of the following methods, as appropriate to your situation.

Method 1
--------

Make sure that you are connected to the remote computer that the target location of the My Documents folder refers to, and then run Plus! for
Windows XP Setup.

Method 2
--------

Change the target location of the My Documents folder to a folder on the local computer, and then run Plus! for Windows XP Setup. To do this,
follow these steps:

1. Click Start, right-click My Documents, and then click Properties.
2. Click the Target tab.
3. In the Target box, do one of the following:

    - Click Restore Default, and then click OK.

By default, the location of the My Documents folder is <C>:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\My Documents, where C is the drive on
which Windows is installed, and <user name> is the currently logged-on user.

      -or-

    - Type the path to the folder that you want on the local computer, and then click OK. For example, type "C:\My Stuff" (without the quotation
marks).

If the folder does not exist, the Create Message dialog box is displayed. Click Yes to create the folder, and then click OK.

      -or-

    - Click Move, click the folder that you want to store your documents in, and then click OK twice.

If you want to create a new folder, click Make New Folder. Type a name for the folder, and then click OK twice.

4. In the Move Documents box, click Yes to move your documents to the new location.
5. Insert your Plus! for Windows XP compact disc into your computer's CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive.
6. Run Plus! for Windows XP Setup.

I hope it will help.
