Firewall error message

In network connnections, I right-click my High-Speed
internet connection, go to properties and under the
advanced tab, I click to enable an internet connection
firewall. When I click ok, it gives me an error message:

An error occured while internet connection sharing was
being enabled. The dependency service or group failed to
start.

Anybody got any suggestions.
