Lost Administrator User Account

Hi there,

You can try logging on in safe mode in this mode the
administrator account becomes visible when going to user
accounts. You may be able to change things by logging on
as the administrator, I would advise that you create a
reset password disk so that you can reset any passwords
this should give you access to any accounts this way. To
get into safe mode the normal procedure is to press the
F8 key when you reboot this will take you to safe mode
then log on as administrator. I hope this helps
