loading windows

although i have no programs starting up with my windows,
when i load my admin user it takes a long time (5 minutes)
against 30 secs of normal users. Why this? how to solve
it? does 'my documents' folder acts on it? i have 3GB in
my music folder.. maybe its the problem. but i want to
make sure before moving it. Thanks
