Guest account Restrictions

I am wanting to restrict access to files on the computer
through the use of the guest account. The guest acct is
set up as a default. When logged on as a guest, users can
still go to the C: drive, documents and settings, and go
to the my docs folder of the other users. Is there anyway
to restrict this access. I thought this was supposed to
be the case by default. Insights would be appreciated.
