What happens if you "convert" from FAT32 to NTFS? Doesn't XP leave the
disk wide open? My XP Pro w/ NTFS allows everyone "read" and "execute"
permission on C:, but further down, restrictions prevent everyone and
limited accounts (user group) from accessing all system folders.
