i have norton internet security 2003 installed. however, i
believe the problem is that windows doesn't start the
dll's needed for the programs. something of that nature.
error messages pop up for all programs that automatically
start when windows starts (ie norton). norton's ccapp
however is the only message that makes me shut down.
